Thirty-six hole stroke play competition for Championship Field governed by TGS rules.
Social Field event is 36 holes of friendly net play and hole prizes according to TGS rules.

Formerly the Sahara CC and home of the PGA Las Vegas Classic for over 20 years, the venerable Las Vegas National Golf Club is our venue April 22-25 for the 2013 Persimmon Tour Las Vegas Classic. See the tourney event schedule below and use the handy entry form to register!
During the 1960’s, The National played host to the big names of the Strip. The Rat Pack frequently played golf then spent time in the bar. Although all 4 became good players 
in their own right, it was widely known that Dean Martin and Peter Lawford were the ones to beat. Locals tell great stories about late night matches under the glow of the driving range lights. Many of those nights would later have Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Peter Lawford, Joey Bishop and Sammy Davis Jr. around the piano, entertaining their guests with songs and stories, and enjoying the famous cuisine at the National.
Over the years The National has played host to celebrities from all over the world. Professional athletes, including members of the NFL, NBA, NASCAR, PBA and PBR have all held events here. Tiger Woods won his first PGA Tour event at The National. The course, with its mature landscaping and proximity to the Las Vegas Strip, is a classically unique and historic venue for this year’s Las Vegas Classic Golf Tourney.
